How We Keep Your Information Safe

Encryption & Storage

Your passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Payment details from DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard TLS 1.2+ for all data transfers.

Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your language and game preferences. Analytics cookies help us spot bugs and improve the lobby speed. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing core account access.

Data Retention

Account details are held for the life of your account plus five years after closure, where local law permits. Transaction records for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits are kept for seven years for regulatory compliance.

Third-Party Sharing

We never sell your data to marketers. Payment processors receive only what they need to clear your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers. Fraud-detection partners see only verification data, not your game history.

Account Access Control

You can view all apps and devices linked to your account in Settings. Log out remote sessions any time. Enable two-factor authentication via email or SMS to block unauthorized login attempts.

Right to Correction

Found an error in your profile? Email [email protected] with proof of correction and we'll update your data within two business days. Request is free and doesn't affect your account standing.

Your Privacy Rights & FAQs

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy > Download My Data and request a copy in PDF or CSV format. We'll email it to you within five business days. Your file includes account details, transaction history, device logs and any support messages you've sent us.

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transaction records are held for seven years where local law permits, for tax and fraud-prevention purposes. Personal account data stays for five years after your last login or account closure. You can request earlier deletion where local law allows.

Your account becomes inactive immediately and you can no longer log in. We anonymize your game history and delete linked devices. Your name, email and transaction records are retained for five years for compliance, then permanently removed where local law permits.

Game studios see only your gameplay (wins, losses, spins) needed to settle your rewards — they don't receive your name, email or payment details. Payment partners (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) get only transaction amounts and verification data required to clear your transfer.

Check Settings > Security > Active Sessions on desktop or in-app. You'll see all logged-in devices, their location (by IP), browser type and last login time. Log out any you don't recognize. Enable two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized access.

You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings or through our Privacy Centre without losing core functionality. Session cookies (needed to keep you logged in) and fraud-prevention tracking remain active for your account security.
